The role demands a crypto-native individual with a deep understanding of blockchain, decentralization, and the technical landscape surrounding Ethereum scalability, particularly in the areas of rollups, layer 2 solutions, and DeFi. Key responsibilities for the Head of Ecosystem and Community include working closely with the co-founders to ensure all initiatives are in line with the company's strategic goals, nurturing a vibrant developer community, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic execution, including the ability to plan and execute multi-channel go-to-market campaigns. While not mandatory, a technical background, industry engagement, and a solid social media presence are considered advantageous. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a team that is reshaping Ethereum scalability and pioneering a new category of rollup design, with a strong emphasis on synchronous cross-chain composability.
