Experience : 8-25 years in ASIC physical design

Role : Physical Design Engineer

Join a leading custom ASIC and SoC development company working on cutting-edge technology projects for top-tier clients. You'll own the full project lifecycle from inception to tapeout, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance semiconductor solutions across multiple emerging technologies.

Requirements :

• BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 5+ years physical design experience
• Strong ASIC physical design and SoC development (28nm / 16nm)
• Proficient in ICC2 / Innovus and scripting (Perl / Tcl / Python)
• Experience with full project lifecycle from inception to tapeout
• Knowledge of STA, power analysis, and physical verification
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multiple successful tapeouts with broad, detailed responsibilities
• Small company / startup environment experience preferred
