Structural Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing drawings to fit and assemble structural steel products for various industrial projects. This role involves participating in the layout and assembly of structural components for steel fabrication.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize drawings to fit and assemble structural steel products.
• Participate in the layout and assembly of structural components for steel fabrication.
• Read and understand drawings, codes, and specifications.
• Ensure all established fabrication procedures are followed.
• Fit to D1.1 and D1.5 bridge code standards.
• Fit vessels / tanks to specified codes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gibsonton, FL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
