Family Law Attorney

Qualifications

• Expertise in Family Law including experience handling cases related to divorce child custody spousal support and other family law matters
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents including pleadings motions settlement agreements and parenting plans
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and analyzing case law to build strong legal strategies
• Exceptional abilities in negotiation mediation and courtroom advocacy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration with team members
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Active membership in the California State Bar and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Prior experience in family law practice preferred; knowledge of local courts and procedures is an advantage.
• Book of business is a plus but not required. Residence in the North Bay is strongly preferred.
