Data Entry Clerk Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Oakland, California. This position involves working 8 hours per week, primarily in-person, for a few months to support various administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Process donations in Salesforce on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate entry and record-keeping.
- Prepare donor acknowledgments and gift receipts in a timely manner.
- Provide support with accounts receivable tasks as needed.
- Generate routine reports from Salesforce and conduct data backups.
- Maintain organized systems for tracking and managing donor information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct errors.
- Assist in streamlining data entry processes for improved efficiency.
Requirements :
Proven experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Strong typing skills and proficiency in numeric data entry.Ability to manage time effectively and meet weekly deadlines.Competence in handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality.Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
