Accounts Payable & Data Entry Specialist  – Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm

$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Process accounts  payable , issue purchase orders, and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
• Perform heavy  data entry  and document scanning with high attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding invoices and orders.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and general office software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.
