Job Description

Sprinklr's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is crucial in driving profitable growth for the company. We are an analytical engine of the company providing insights to support optimal business decision making. Our team is seeking an experienced Corporate FP&A Manager to be the finance lead supporting our Corporate functions. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A, acting as a key business partner to Corporate leadership.

What You'll Do :

• Assist in topline forecasting as well as financials consolidation and reporting
• Collaborate with and support FP&A and other key stakeholders across the organization to enhance forecasting, scenario planning, reporting, and analyses
• Deliver and evolve existing management reporting to summarize data into insights and facilitate decision-making, partnering with data and reporting teams
• Leverage and improve current processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness as the company grows and scales
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in strategic planning initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Maintain and improve financial planning system (Adaptive)
• Bring best practices to streamline processes, systems, and automation to help the business scale.
• Be a role model and "trusted hand" to all other members of the finance team. Ensure a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy.

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE $100,000 - $133,000 - $166,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, and skills of our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package : the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and / or equity plan, depending on role.
