RN - MANAGER EMPLOYEE HEALTH

Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a facility in the Portland-Vancouver metro area. This position will provide development, implementation and quality improvement of the regional employee health program and employee health department. Responsible for leadership and supervision of employee health staff, and ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and accrediting bodies. Promotes health and safety to prevent caregiver illness and injury. RN experience in an employee health setting preferred. Preferred experience with Worker’s Compensation, regulatory agencies, and OSHA.

Qualifications : BSN degree in nursing or related field. Masters’ degree is preferred. Active RN license. Minimum of three years' progressive, responsible leadership experience in a related field. Occupational Health Nursing and Case Management certification preferred. Current BLS certification required at date of hire.
