Key Areas of Responsibilities :

• Apply accounting principles, regulations, and policies to all work duties
• Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms, to ensure accuracy in invoice posting
• Enter bank transactions and perform bank account reconciliations
• Participate in month-end closing (AP Aging reports, journal entries, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
• Assist in gathering required information and supporting documents for the annual audit
• Maintain and file accounting documents, invoices, and supporting records
• Perform other duties as assigned
