About the job Engineering Document Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Document Specialist to join our team and support documentation and records management activities in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to process document requests, approvals, and archiving.
  • Organize and manage project turnover packages within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .
  • Learn and assist with document lifecycle workflows in ACC.
  • Help convert paper files into digital archives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation meets compliance and business standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while being a great team player.
  • Interest in learning cGMP, quality systems, and documentation processes .
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity to ask questions and solve problems.
