The Employee Experience Business Partner, DCSP (EEBP) position is an Employee Experience department resource assigned to support DCSP leadership in achieving their workforce and operational goals. The position maintains a dotted-line relationship to the Executive Director, DCSP, with priorities and work assignments directed by DCSP leadership. The EEBP serves as a consultant and liaison, aligning Employee Experience services and functional expertise to support DCSP and optimize provider experience.
