TIG Welder / Assembler

Are you a skilled assembler with excellent TIG Welding experience?  We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team near the Tampa Bay Fairgrounds. This is a unique hybrid role that combines a variety of hands-on tasks. It is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment.

This position is primarily focused on assembly with welding as a backup, but it has the potential to become a full-time welding position as our business continues to grow. If you're a good hands-on assembler with TIG welding experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Assemble a variety of metal / aluminum structures, using a range of tools.

Perform TIG welding on aluminum and steel components for various products.

Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly and welding.

Analyze processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and best practices.

Assist in other shop duties as needed to support the team.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications

Must have TIG welding experience with aluminum and steel. You will be required to pass a welding performance test.

Experience with a variety of hand tools and shop equipment, including :

Drill press

Hand drill

Chop saw

Screwdrivers, wrenches, and socket sets

Allen wrenches

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Willingness to work in both an assembly and welding capacity.

Forklift certification is preferred, but we are willing to provide training and certification for the right candidate.

Schedule & Pay

Monday to Friday , generally from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM .

Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on production deadlines.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $19.00 - $21.00
