Your Commitment : We offer a robust compensation package including :

  • Competitive base pay ranging from $26.10 to $39.15.
  • Structure for premium pay based on shifts, on-call duties, and performance-based increases.
  • Sign-on bonuses : $10,000 for eligible positions and an additional $2,000 for PM shifts.

    • Your Role :

  • Ensure a safe and sterile environment for surgeries, preparing and maintaining the operating room and equipment.
  • Assist during operations with keen attention to detail, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
  • Be part of patient positioning and ensure all supplies are sterile and available.

    • Requirements :

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • No previous experience required; enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and perform duties within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Continuous exposure to hazards such as blood and body fluids, requiring appropriate protective gear.
  • Must be capable of flexible shifts, with an expectation of on-call duties.
