Community Partnership Manager                             Salary Range :

• $63,000.00- $68,000.00 DOE Position Purpose : Pawsperity seeks a highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven individual to join the Development and Communications Team as a Community Partnership Manager. This integral role needs a strategic, organized, and confident professional who 1) is enthusiastic about cultivating and maintaining current funder relationships and 2) can spend most of their time seeking and securing new corporate and community partnerships.
• A high volume of persistent asks are required (similar to sales).
• This position will collaborate closely with a small team in a very fast-paced environment.
• This role reports directly to the Director of Development and Community Relations, oversees a part-time temporary Food Program Coordinator, and works alongside the Grants Manager, Development Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Development Associate.
