Freelance Buyer-Fashion Retail

Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a Freelance Merchant / Buyer for childrenswear.. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of direct merchandising experience working at an apparel manufacturer, retailer or marketer. Flexible Hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Develop product assortments that align with the brand’s style and meet financial goals.
• Analyze trends and competitor activity to create a consumer-focused product strategy.
• Oversee collections and collaborations from concept to delivery, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure products meet global and local market needs.
• Present insights and updates on sales performance and product trends.

Maintain accurate product data and support system processes as needed.

Required Qualification :

Ability to mentor and train team members.
