Responsibilities

  • Expediting food
  • Ensuring quality control of plates
  • Coordinating with Chef to ensure tickets are fired and walked at accurate times
  • Preparing and stocking the expo line while maintaining a clean and safe workstation
  • Communicating with servers and other members of FOH to ensure plates are accurately matched with table and seat numbers
  • Ensuring food delivery in a timely manner
  • Helping clear tables
  • Support all positions in front Of House

Requirements

  • The ability to read and understand food tickets (specific menu knowledge will be taught in training)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to implement them within a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to maintain organization and communication in periods of heightened volume
