Job Summary :

We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic and expanding primary care group with locations throughout Florida. This outpatient practice focuses on providing high-quality care, primarily for geriatric patients. Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is required. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly geriatric patient population.

Patient Load : 20-22 patients daily.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (no weekends or late hours).

Qualifications :

Board Certification  in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Active Florida Medical License  required.

BLS  and ACLS certifications.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : Mid-$200,000 range, negotiable, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
