The position is full time, on site at our Corporate Headquarters in Hauppauge, NY. - Perform full cycle contract startup efforts, which includes sourcing, posting, evaluating staff resumes, pre-screening applicants, scheduling, interviewing, assessing, evaluating skills, and start up activities.
- Support the business needs of multiple projects by developing and executing strategies associated with contract startup for our Department of Defense and other Federal Agency contracts nationwide.
- Work with project teams to operations needs, staff duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Review staffing to align with contract requirements.
