Load and unload trucks and containers while ensuring no damage to materials. Deliver materials accurately and on time to support production. Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues. Follow safety protocols and wear all required PPE at all times. 4-5 years of sit-down forklift experience Must have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background check. Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours

Warehouse Forklift Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a well-known and reputable water bottling and distribution company in Pasadena, TX. As a Forklift Operator, you will play an essential role in warehouse operations — transporting materials, supporting production lines, and loading / unloading trucks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour
- 20% shift differential for overnight shifts
- Monthly production bonuses available
Schedule and Hours
Monday to Friday | Must be able to work rotating shifts
6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM
10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM
