Overview

Gilbane Development Company is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) to lead and expand our P3 initiatives in local & state government entities, K-12, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in originating and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through innovative P3 solutions. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional skills in project development, financial structuring, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy : Leads the development and execution of the company's P3 strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities

• Project Development : Oversees the identification, assessment, and development of P3 projects across various sectors, including transportation, civil infrastructure, utilities, and public facilities
• Partnership Management : Builds and maintains strong relationships with public agencies, private sector partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery
• Financial Structuring : Leads the financial structuring and investment activities for P3 projects, including bidding, commercial negotiations, and securing equity investments
• Team Leadership : Provides executive oversight and support to the project structuring and investment teams, ensuring high performance and achievement of project outcomes
• Market Expansion : Identifies and assesses new market opportunities, and develops strategies to enter and succeed in these markets.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensures all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

For New York City this ranges from $225,000- 300,000 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Rhode Island this ranges from $180,000 - $250,000 plus benefits and a retirment program.

For Massachusetts this ranges from $200,000 - $280,000 plus benefits and a retirement program.
