Job responsibilities of the AR / Collections Specialist

Work through an online portal to collect and make cash applications

You should be able to have an in-depth conversation, ask questions, find root causes, and offer solutions

Work with sales and clients to research and collect on outstanding accounts

Build and maintain relationships with the current clients

High volume email correspondence

Preferred qualifications for the AR / Collections Specialist

Previous high volume Business to Business collections experience is a MUST

Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
