SUMMARY :

We are seeking a mid-level associate for a global law firms expanding San Diego office group. The candidate must have experience conducting merger and acquisition transactions for private and public companies, focusing on drafting principal acquisition agreements and participating in negotiations. The candidate must have a background at a large law firm, excellent academic credentials from top schools, and be licensed to practice law in the state of California. Note : Hybrid work flexibility is available.
