About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Capital Markets to spearhead its capital-raising efforts. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to attract and secure capital from a diverse investor base, including institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, broker-dealers, and wealth managers. This pivotal role involves cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing investor relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Head of Capital Markets will also be responsible for aligning capital market strategies with the company's goals and may have the opportunity to shape the future of private markets, renewable energy finance, and blockchain.

Applicants for the Head of Capital Markets position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in capital markets, investment banking, or asset management, with a strong network within institutional investment communities and financial advisors. The role requires experience in building and managing a capital markets team, as well as a background in investor relations and securities regulations. A proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in driving growth is essential. While not mandatory, experience in renewable energy finance and an interest or experience in blockchain technology are considered advantageous.
