Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operational processes while maintaining high standards of compliance and record-keeping. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities :
- Review and screen company submissions to confirm they meet established requirements.
- Manage and process necessary paperwork, including confidentiality and legal usage agreements.
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all documentation is properly approved.
- Set up user accounts once documentation is verified and requirements are met.
- Organize and track the progress of requests using Airtable, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate with relevant teams to address any issues or delays in the approval process.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records and updating systems as required.
- Send and follow up on required forms using Salesforce to streamline the documentation process.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.Proficient in handling numeric and text-based data entry tasks.Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.Familiarity with Salesforce and Airtable or similar platforms.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
