Responsibilities :

Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.

Utilize knowledge of physiology and anatomy to address patient needs effectively.

Communicate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Minimum Masters Degree

Physical Therapist-New Jersey Licensed
