As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through key business functions—learning how to manage sales campaigns, guide customer-facing teams, and oversee daily operations. Essential Functions of the Management Trainee Role

Build foundational knowledge of telecom campaign management by supporting daily operations and learning directly from senior leadership.

Assist with team coordination, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure AT&T outreach and enrollment objectives are consistently met.

Strengthen enrollment expertise by supporting representatives in guiding residential customers through AT&T service selection and activation workflows.

Participate in structured leadership development sessions focused on coaching, conflict resolution, and business growth strategies.

Collaborate with management on territory planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization to improve campaign efficiency.

Gain exposure to financial oversight, operational compliance, and budget tracking within AT&T-aligned marketing initiatives.
