Scheduling and Coordination : Scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating resources. Communication : Acting as a point of contact for team members, clients, and stakeholders. Tracking and Reporting : Monitoring project progress, updating schedules, and preparing reports. Budget Management : Assisting with tracking expenses, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports. Resource Management : Ensuring project resources are available and utilized effectively.
