NOW HIRING : Case Worker

Type : Part-Time

Location : All 5 boroughs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Queens)

Pay : $29 / hr

About Our Client

Our client is revolutionizing healthcare delivery with innovative solutions and on-site care. They need a Bilingual Case Worker to join their team.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct  case work duties, meet with residents, and prepare evaluations.
  • Inform residents about facility rules and service plans.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle referrals to agencies.
  • Assist residents with outside services and arrange transportation.
  • Attend meetings and document progress.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of HIPAA.
  • Experience with staff scheduling.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
