The Real Estate and Facilities Department ("REF") is responsible for building operations, hospitality, corporate office & concierge services, campus redesign and management of Bridgewater's real estate portfolio. REF is held to an above-industry-standard of service within Bridgewater and its members interact with the leaders of departments across the company. REF is committed to providing excellent support of employee wellbeing and productivity, as well as superior onsite experience for clients and visitors. The department includes a diverse range of subject matter experts that deliver quality planning and outcomes in response to the evolving needs of the business with an emphasis on environmental sustainability.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and outgoing teammate with common sense who has an affinity to provide customer service at the highest standards while continually searching for ways to improve. The Corporate Concierge Team has the distinct responsibility of acting as the face of the company by screening all incoming calls to the main line, greeting everyone who walks into our lobbies, and serving as a central resource of information and assistance to employees across the firm. An ideal candidate is open to working a structured schedule and thrives in a fast paced and high-energy work environment.

You will drive the following responsibilities :

• Answer and direct all internal and external calls that flow through reception
• Monitor all guest arrival and departures while ensuring an excellent guest experience
• Be a central information resource to the firm and provide concierge services
• Partner with security team to ensure all guests and employees align with security policies
• Work on projects that advance the goals of the team and department

Minimum Qualifications :

This role requires flexibility to be onsite as needed Monday through Friday each week at our NYC campus.

The wage range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% - 90% of this wage range.
