The role of this position is the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts. The Account Manager will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the remarketing of current client policies
- Look for cross-sell opportunities when speaking with clients
- Complete Acord forms and COIs and ensure accuracy
- Process payments
- Conduct policy reviews.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Process change requests to existing policies
- Communicate with insureds and underwriters to ensure risks are properly accessed, re-marketed, and written.
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame
- Other functions as assigned by management
