We are looking for a self-motivated Accounts Receivable and Collection Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance Department, primarily focusing on collections, incoming payment processing, and customer credit application processing. Your expertise will extend to providing valuable assistance to your colleagues within the Finance team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about financial processes, we invite you to be a key contributor to our success! This position will report to the Controller.

What You'll Do :

• Monitor accounts and incoming payments
• Perform verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data
• Respond to and resolve clients' billing issues and questions
• Prepare bank deposits
• Make sure all payments are properly posted
• Identify outstanding account receivables
• Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
• Update account status records
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
• Other duties as assigned
