Structural Design Engineer
A structural engineering firm in Boise, ID is currently hiring for a Structural Design Engineer.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Boise, ID. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Boise area. This position requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience in structural engineering and an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. A Structural Engineer (S.E.) license is preferred.
Pay $75,000$100,000 / year (Depending on experience, tenure, software proficiency, and relevant job titles)
Location Boise, ID (Onsite)
Schedule Standard Monday Friday (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Oversee structural design and analysis for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with applicable codes and standards.
- Develop and review technical documentation including specifications, reports, and drawings.
- Perform site inspections to evaluate structural conditions and support construction activities.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth and technical development.
- Stay current with emerging materials, technologies, and industry practices to support sustainable and modern design approaches.
