At DAHLIN , Interior Design is valued as an integral part of all built environments. We are seeking a SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER to help shape the future. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary, client-focused designer ready to step into a leadership role and build something meaningful.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our San Diego, CA office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the design of a wide variety of projects with a deep understanding of client vision, architectural style, and regional character.
• Create and champion high-quality design solutions from concept through completion, blending innovation with real-world constructability.
• Guide and inspire a growing team, overseeing visualization, deliverables, and design execution
• Design to varying possibilities while maintaining design excellence and delivering on the client's expectations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.

Salary range :  $100,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and / or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
