JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Global Security team is looking for a Security Supervisor with strong leadership experience, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to physical security. This individual will be a key player in our campus safety program, supervising onsite security operations and supporting the development of our internal Security Officers while ensuring the protection of our people, property, and brand reputation.

What You Will Do :
Supervise day-to-day security operations across campus environments, including access control, CCTV, employee badging, parking, and incident response.
Lead and develop Security Officers through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Implement and enforce fire prevention, safety, and security policies in alignment with Corporate and Global Physical Security teams.
Deliver training on emergency preparedness, report writing, incident management, and risk mitigation.
Identify trends and patterns using security tools to mitigate onsite risks and threats.
Support and / or lead investigations and audits.
Provide project management support for new and existing security initiatives.
Collaborate with internal partners and manage third-party vendors and contractors.
Be available for on-call responsibilities and support multiple campus locations as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
10 years of experience in safety / security supervision.
5 years of Security, fire prevention, safety, and security operations.
5 years of experience supervising physical security programs and teams, including emergency response and investigations.
Strong customer service orientation and sound decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel for training, inspections, or assessments. 10-15% travel per month

Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $72,700.00 - $109,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
