New Behavior Technicians are set up with an individualized one on one training experience guided by a qualified trainer. Job Requirements : You have a High school diploma / GED. You have a valid state of Michigan driver’s license. You have a passion for working with children. You’re looking to apply your experience in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, childcare, or residential settings. You demonstrate professionalism in communication, attention to accuracy, flexibility, and teamwork. You consider yourself reliable and understand punctuality and attendance is essential in providing excellent services to our learners.
