About the Role

As the Director of Photography / Editor, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual storytelling of our productions. You will collaborate with a passionate team of producers, writers, and directors to film & edit high-quality content for multiple platforms, including broadcast, digital, and social media. From concept to final cut, your work will reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship and artistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of cinematography, including lighting, composition, and camera operation, to achieve a cinematic look and feel.
• Oversee post-production editing, ensuring seamless storytelling and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with producers and directors to conceptualize and execute creative visions for a variety of content types, including documentaries, promotional videos, teaching series, and digital campaigns.
• Maintain and operate state-of-the-art camera and editing equipment.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high production standards.
• Research and implement new technologies and techniques to keep CRM at the cutting edge of Christian content creation.
