The Broadcast Engineer builds and maintains cutting-edge platforms for one of the premier national broadcasters. This role is part of our Broadcast Engineering team to ensure our content is readily available to viewers at any time via broadcast channel playout, Video OnDemand (VOD) and other media services. A snapshot of your responsibilities includes :

• Providing engineering support for all on-air broadcast systems
• Following standard operating procedures and documentation to support the operations team in a 24 / 7 environment
• Building and maintaining FOX's broadcast infrastructure
• Conducting lab, performance, and system tests and prototype efforts that can continually evolve FOX's architecture and infrastructure
• Supporting evaluation of solutions portfolio against third party offerings
• Maintaining a communication link between Broadcast Engineering and other departments by partnering to resolve issues and communicating feedback to Broadcast Engineering management to improve processes / services / solutions

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-147,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical / dental / vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
