What You'll Do
- Perform third party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety building inspections
- Perform inspections of foundations, concrete slabs, framing, roofing and related construction activity
- Perform plan reviews and determine if the permitted design plans may require revisions and make recommendations to the contractors, engineers and / or architect
- Prepare and submit daily time and Inspection / Field Reports in accordance with ECS Policy
- Market our services by maintaining and developing client interactions and participating in business development and marketing functions related to construction inspections
- Follow ECS safety procedures and policies
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
2 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Additional licenses or certifications may be required depending on the state in which you work.
