Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your duties will include (but are not limited to) :
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Enter phone, email, and wholesale orders into our ERP system with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues related to shipping, inventory, products, and technical concerns.
- Resolve open orders, invoice errors, billing issues, and potential credits.
- Find customer-focused solutions that also align with company objectives.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and de-escalation techniques.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through navigating the website.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services, including courses.
- Assist with training new hires to build a strong, well-versed team.
- Process returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
- Research and collect outstanding payments while supporting accounts receivable efforts.
- Provide shipping, billing, inventory, and product updates for specified accounts.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
