What's the Job?
- Manage all external data transmission requests, ensuring compliance with approval processes.
- Facilitate communication between various teams to navigate the complexities of data transmission.
- Oversee a portfolio of Data Transmission Registrations (DTRs) to meet deliverables within SLAs.
- Perform quality assurance activities on submitted information and evidence.
- Train and mentor new Case Managers to enhance team performance.
