Job Description Summary
The purpose of this job is to troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Provides customer support and training. Identifies and resolves network issues. Maintains incident logs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description
- Provides front-facing customer service and information technology (IT) support. Assists customers via telephone, email, and in person. Diagnoses, triages, documents, and resolves IT-related issues.
- Installs, configures, deploys, and supports end user products, systems, hardware, and software; diagnoses and repairs / replaces as necessary.
- Performs end-user IT equipment moves and configurations.
- Delivers end-user training and documentation of processes and configurations for software installations, hardware, and peripherals.
- Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
