About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Hardware Engineer to support operationally fielded prototype systems as they transition to full-scale production. You will be part of a forward-leaning engineering team, working closely with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver secure, high-performance systems at scale. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, enjoys hands-on work, and is passionate about delivering meaningful results to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers that are responsible for acquiring, building, and installing hardware and software solutions at DoD locations world-wide.
- Manage a schedule and required tasks to meet customer deliveries.
- Design, develop, install, operate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.
- Support design / redesign of IT and hardware systems, including field changes and upgrades.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for designs, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and new implementations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
