Title : Security Installation Technician
Location : Boise, ID
Pay rate : $25-40 / HR

Having been around for over 80 years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry.
Position Summary : Anistar is seeking an experienced security technician to provide assistance with the installation and testing of various types of fire alarm and security systems.
Scope of Work :
- Installation of fire alarm, burglar / intrusion alarm systems, and access control systems (e.g., Bosch, Honeywell, Silent Knight, EST, DMP, etc.)
- Must be capable with device and panel installation, headend equipment, cabling, and able to connect to the network.
- Fire stop various types of cable and security penetrations
- Must have experience troubleshooting and providing technical support both on-site and remotely
- Possess working knowledge of ANSI / TIA / EIA cabling standards and National Electric Code
- Must be open to travel out of the local area for up to 2-4 weeks at a time. Hotel and per diem will be provided, as well as compensation for mileage and drive time.
Tools / PPE :
Basic technician hand tools. PPE Provided. Some job sites will be new construction, others will be existing.
