As a Special Districts Administrator, the Analyst Assistant will serve as a pivotal liaison for assigned clients, overseeing a spectrum of administrative duties integral to the annual process. The Analyst Assistant's responsibilities encompass providing timely and accurate data to Project Managers, ensuring client compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and meticulously administering special district functions.

For approximately the first six months to a year, the Analyst Assistant will be under full supervision of the Senior Analyst and / or Project Manager(s). In addition, interaction with external clients (such as members of the public and other government agencies) will be minimal but will increase with proficiency in subject matter and assigned tasks. The Analyst Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day analysis and financial functions related to the administration of special districts including but not limited to completing special tasks and requests for our local government clients.
