Job Overview

T-Mobile reinvented the wireless experience-and We Won't Stop. The Consumer Postpaid Marketing team is focused on delivering features and benefits that deliver tangible value to our customers and prospects. The Content Producer is a critical role within the team that is responsible for authoring and publishing the experiences we display across Web and App channels. We work alongside a broad cross-functional team of marketers to create the best experiences possible for our customers. The position calls for an entrepreneurial spirit who can troubleshoot challenges creatively and work in an increasingly efficient manner. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator who can translate complex technical challenges into tangible, addressable milestones.

• This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Base Pay Range : $76,000 - $137,000Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
