Position Overview

This role can be based in any of our US locations, or US-remote

As a Contracts Manager within the Project Controls team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Vantage’s North American data center portfolio by overseeing contract administration, change management, and compliance processes across multiple construction projects. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Project Controls, you will ensure all contractual obligations are met, changes are properly evaluated and documented, and commercial risks are proactively identified and mitigated.

This role bridges the gap between project execution and commercial strategy, enabling data-driven decisions that align with budget, schedule, and scope objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with construction teams, legal, finance, and external partners to uphold contract integrity and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Job Functions

Contract Administration

• Manage and maintain contract documentation throughout project lifecycle (preconstruction through closeout).
• Review and interpret construction and consultant contracts to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
• Work with legal and project stakeholders to draft, modify, and finalize contract amendments and change orders.
• Ensure all deliverables and obligations outlined in agreements are tracked and met.
