The Opportunity

The Quality Control Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Quality team by performing thorough product inspections and ensuring finished goods meet internal quality standards and customer specifications. This entry-level position will focus on verifying product integrity, packaging compliance, labeling accuracy, and documentation completeness from our third-party manufacturers before products are released for sale.

What You'll Do :

Conduct finished product inspections (visual, physical, dimensional) to verify compliance with approved specifications.Review product labeling and packaging to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency with approved artwork.Document inspection results clearly and accurately, including any non-conformances or deviations.Participate in batch record reviews and Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification from third-party manufacturers.Perform inspections on product samples received from contract manufacturers, including sensory checks (color, aroma, appearance).Communicate and document any quality issues or deficiencies to the Quality Supervisor / Director and initiate appropriate follow-up.Assist in tracking and trending of quality metrics and inspection outcomes.Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Product Development) to support continuous improvement and compliance.Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality.Assist with document control and record keeping of quality records in accordance with company policies.

What We're Looking For :

Minium 2 years of experience in quality, preferably in dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceutical industries.Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations for dietary supplements is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
