Customer Support : Provide post-sales support to ensure customers are satisfied and issues are addressed in a timely manner. 5 years in the Controls field (or equivalent work experience). A strong background in building automation controls or HVAC systems. Knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC controls, energy management, and related technologies. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the commercial building sector or with facility management. Understanding of energy management systems and sustainability practices. Professional certifications related to building automation or controls (e.g., BACnet, DDC programming, etc.).

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Building Automation Controls Service Representative to join our team. This position involves possessing a passion for assisting customers with their building automation systems, controls, and related services to commercial clients, building owners, facility managers, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Sales and Business Development :
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the building automation controls industry.
Promote and sell ongoing service agreements, maintenance contracts, and upgrades to existing building automation systems.
Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding sales inquiries, product recommendations, and service follow-ups.
