In this role, you will work directly with clients and internal product teams to support onboarding, data processing, and product improvement efforts. You will play a key part in solving complex data challenges, managing client requirements, and producing high-quality documentation and insights. This position requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, client-facing experience, and a solid understanding of software development processes.
Senior Business / Data Analyst Job responsibilities :
- Support client onboarding and ongoing data processing through technical analysis and documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to convert client feedback into actionable feature enhancements
- Manage enhancement requests and participate in software implementation and service desk rotations
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide client education and support to ensure successful adoption of the platform
