Partner with sales managers, installation leaders, and cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies from pre-sales to final delivery. Ensure project milestones are met with accuracy, transparency, and compliance to all federal, state, and local standards. Champion safety and integrity in every step of the process. Maintain strong client relationships and foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary on-site leader, orchestrating execution teams and schedule alignment. Track financials closelybillings, collections, cash flow, and profitabilityusing Microsoft Project and industry-standard tools. Proactively resolve issues and lead recovery plans with confidence. Coordinate customer training and closeout processes that reinforce long-term partnerships. Proven experience managing large-scale construction or data center projects (pharma preferred). Bachelor's degree in construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field OR equivalent work experience (minimum 8 years). Command of Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Adobe tools, and financial reporting systems. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to travel for projects as needed. PMI / PMP certificationor the drive to attain it within two years.
